This roof had a problem with the internal box gutters and also the main roof area had tears & repairs in the old rubber cover. We removed all old rubber lining and repaired roof around skylight and some of the outlets. Then we cleaned and primed the area with NSP150 and sprayed the area with Tuff Stuff for a total seal around the whole roof and the 3 box gutters.
