This deck was covered with outdoor tiles on it but the owners found that they were cracking with the movement of the footings which was causing leaks into there entertaining area. We removed the tile and excess grout from the compressed fibrous cement. We then primed and sprayed the area with Duraspray with a 36-grit alox for a slip resistant finish and a concrete grey topcoat.
