This balcony had a problem with leaks, pooling water and being slippery when wet. We covered the internal gutter and sealed the water leaks. We then sprayed the entire area of the balcony, previous gutter area and 50mm up the walls of the house. We then added a fine aggregate for a slip resistant finish.
